- Head Module: It houses the elevator drive, discharge chute (product outlet), and side inspection doors. Its special shape guides the product to the outlet after being expelled centrifugally from the buckets.
- Intermediate Modules: These determine the length of the elevator and support the head module. Accessories such as inspection doors, sensors, explosion-systems, aspiration points, etc., can be added to these modules.
- Foot Module: It houses the belt tensioner and the product inlet point. There are two models available: the traditional model and the self-cleaning model, which does not require frequent mechanical cleaning to remove the product deposited at the bottom of the module.
- All modules are connected using bolted flanges. The selection of the bucket conveyor belt depends on operating conditions, the type of product to be transported, elevator height, among other factors. The buckets are attached to the belt using special screws and can be made of metal or plastic, depending on the requirements.
- The special shape of the drive and driven pulleys ensures correct belt alignment. For more severe applications, such as handling hot asher or chemical fertilizers, chains can be used instead of belts, replacing the pulleys with sprockets.
