We manufacture equipment designed in various configurations and dimensions in accordance with national and international standards such as ASME and TEMA. Additionally, we have an engineering technical team with experience in manufacturing processes and quality assurance. We also have highly skilled and qualified welders and inspectors.

We have Plasma and Water Jet cutting systems that allow us to manufacture ferrous and non-ferrous metal alloys with a thickness of up to 250mm. The Water Jet cutting system provides excellent finishing and precision cutting, with a wide range of materials. 

For heat exchanger refurbishments, we have the capacity to cut tube bundles up to 2000 mm in diameter. 

Currently, we have a guillotine for cutting thin plates up to 9.5 mm, band saws for tube and profile cutting, as well as plate rolling machines, tube, bending machines, and press brakes.

We have bench lathes and CNC lathes for manufacturing specific parts with various dimensions. 

Materials: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Alloy Steels, Polymeric Materials, etc. 

Facilities: Usable ceiling height of 7,500 mm for equipment mounting.

Overheads cranes: All our facilities are equipped with overhead cranes with capacities of 32 tons (2 units), 12 tons (03 units), 10 tons (04 units), and 6 tons (05 units).

Welding manipulators: We have motorized welding towers for plate joining, plate rolling for cylinder fabrication (tanks, pressure vessels, etc.).

Plate rolling: Caábility to form diameters ranging from 350 mm to 6,000 mm with thicknesses ranging from 1.0 mm to 15. 88 mm and maximum width of 3,000 mm. 

Surface Treatment: Shot blasting booths and dedicated paint booths for each painting procedure.

Quality Control: The entire manufacturing process is accompanied by quality control, including dimensional control, radiography, and liquid penetrant testing, adhering to appropriate standards, procedures, or customer requirements. 
Shipping: Specific department for load and packaging analysis to optimize space utilization in transport vehicles.
